I ordered a CME package with a gift card. How does it work?
You will receive an email with instructions to access your CME immediately. Some CME programs can take up to 48 hours to set up your account, but most are instant. Your gift card will be delivered within 7-10 days if you purchase through CMEList. If you purchased from one of CMEList's partner websites, the partner may have other delivery stipulations.
Your CME purchase may have tax implications. CMEList does not provide any tax advice. We recommend you consult a tax advisor for any necessary guidance. Gift cards valued at $1,000 or higher may be delivered in multiple gift cards.
When will I receive my gift card?
CMEList gift cards typically arrive within 7-10 days by email. Refunds are not permitted once a gift card has been delivered. You can also access your gift cards from your CMEList Dashboard once they are delivered via email.
How is my receipt delivered?
CMEList will email your itemized receipt via email. CMEList follows ACCME guidelines regarding offer transparency and provides itemized receipts. You can access your itemized and standard receipts via your CMEList dashboard.
How do I get a refund?
If you purchased through CMEList, please reach out to [email protected]. Note: each order is subject to the provider's refund policies that are outlined in our terms and conditions. If your CME Gift Card has been issued, there is no option to return your gift card per our terms and conditions.
